When you observe a colleague’s presentation, you notice that they didn’t seem organized and ready to present to the team. How might you give them feedback on how to be better prepared and how other team members and stakeholders experience their work?

Example: You could provide feedback by saying something like "I noticed that your presentation wasn't as organized as it could have been. It's important to be prepared so that everyone has a clear understanding of what you're trying to communicate. It's also important to consider how other team members and stakeholders experience your work. If you take the time to plan, organize, and practice your presentation, it will make a positive impression and help everyone understand your message more clearly."
