Become more self-aware of what causes your lack of confidence in different situations. Reflecting on what caused your reaction will help you understand what to change.
Think about a time when you didn't do something because you lacked confidence.
Share with your partners in the group. Reflect on:
- What went wrong and why: Understand the root cause of lack of confidence? (Did you lack skills? Did you lack experience? What triggered that lack of confidence? Were you prioritizing something else? Is there a pattern?)
- What could have helped you act differently? (How might you address the root cause?)
