Practice - Writing effective AI prompts to maximize your craft

Step 1: Run it and Reflect
Write one prompt in Cursor Chat to generate a prototype of a [specific feature/app concept] — enough to get a basic UI layout. Don’t overthink it. Just write it as you naturally would.
You could Include:
- The type of app/feature (e.g. onboarding screen, dashboard)
- The user problem it solves
- Any UI style (optional)
If you’re unsure what to build feel free to pick from the list below “Example Prompts” and use it as your starting point.
Step 2: Refine Your Prototype
Evolve the prompt to add structure, constraints, and logic. (Shane will guide)
Cursor might even give you some suggestions but think like a designer, giving clear requirements to a dev.
Keep it natural and go with the flow (aka vibe coding!).
