Shara participated in one of the Leadership Academy a mentorship program RETHINK hosted 2 years ago at the beginning of the pandemic. After the mentorship Shara transformed her career. She not only advocated for herself at work to gain new opportunities & grow professionally, but also is writing a book aimed at the empowerment of underrepresented communities in tech to facilitate change for their careers, their work relationships, and teams.
