Feb leads a distributed team of designers at HackerOne in San Francisco. Her team designs a safer internet for the world through best in class user experience.
Feb has deep experience building design teams from the ground up. At HackerOne, she established and grew a team of product designers, researchers, visual designers, and ux engineers. She also established their first design system and led the redesign of the entire platform.
In her spare time, Feb loves traveling and learning about new cultures, especially through food. She also loves connecting and mentoring young designers: coaching them on managing up and down, fostering balanced teams, and professional/personal growth.
