Learn Frank Bach's personal leadership philosophy and methods. This two-part workshop series will leave you with clarity and energy towards leading as an individual contributor. We will do this through discussions and a series of fun and thought-provoking activities with design peers facing similar challenges.

Analyze examples of leadership problems that arise in cross-functional teams and how to grow into a leader as an individual contributor.

Meet Frank Bach,
Your Workshop Trainer


Frank Bach is a Lead Product Designer at Headspace in LA. Prior to this, he worked on the global launch of Red Bull TV. His work spans product, growth and brand design. Frank is interested in the relationship between mindfulness and creativity: how meditation can empower you to be a stronger designer and more engaged contributor.

He and the projects he's been involved in have won numerous awards, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Laurentian University, Premier’s Award nomination from the Government of Ontario, Canadian Marketing Award, RGD’s So(cial) Good Award, and Design Edge Canada’s Legacy Award.

  • Techniques on how to frame design and product decisions in the context of the business impact.
  • How to approach your salary negotiation (tips and resources).
