While the current landscape can feel overwhelming, it’s worth remembering that not every tool is fit-for-purpose, and not every trend is worth chasing. As designers, we should stay grounded in what drives good design: clarity, intention, creativity, and impact; and leverage AI where and when it makes the most sense — whether its to speed up your workflow, be a creative partner, or just vibe to your beat.

In that spirit, I’ll be diving into my world with using AI tools as a designer — which ones I’ve found genuinely useful, which ones aren’t, and how they’ve impacted my workflow and creative output in a surprisingly short amount of time. We’ll get hands-on with real-world examples, discuss pitfalls to avoid, share constructive tips and tricks to maximize your craft, and build confidence in your ability to streamline your design process with AI.
