Vidya Nayak is the Design Director for Platform Design, Member & Growth, Design Systems, Insights & Partnerships at SoFi with over 15 years of experience designing best-in-class multi-platform apps and defining next-gen products.

Vidya's past design experience spans across heading User experience design for online properties and on-air channel at News Corp to leading Product Design and User Experience at Moody's Analytics, Stealth Startups, Disney Interactive, iWin and Rodale Inc. She also taught New Media MFA courses at The Academy of Art University.

She holds a Bachelors in Business and MFA in New Media and User Experience Design from the Academy of Art University. Vidya believes that balancing design simplicity, utility and engagement in fintech design is key to helping users achieve financial independence.
