James is the Director of Product Design at O'Reilly Media, where he oversees design across its E-learning platform. The Product Design team at O'Reilly focuses on delivering highly impactful outcomes for millions of enterprise learners, teachers, creators, and content partners at all touchpoints across the learning journey.
Before joining O'Reilly, James co-founded a boutique digital innovation agency working with enterprise companies such as Sony, Qualcomm, and VMware and building design teams for early-stage startup clients. In 2015 he had a successful exit to a long-standing client where he joined as a Design Director. He led the next generation of omnichannel retail experiences (digital and physical) for emerging E-tailers and brands in this role.
