Caroline manages Engineering, Product, Design, and Support (EPDS) Operations team and Program Management practice at Plaid.

She joined as the first Program Manager in our EPDS unit at Plaid, focused on Design Operations. She helped the function leads scale Design from 6 - 25 designers and integrate Research and Content Strategy into their practice.
