During this session, Kim  will start the event with a keynote talk and offer practical tips on designing your career with intention. She will also share her journey within the software industry and how she pivoted her career multiple times over the last few decades.

The session will then move to workshop style activities where we work together through a set of exercises to get a unique understanding of the things that matter to your personal and professional growth as a design professional no matter the stage of your career.
